Bidayah uses clear, proportionate information to support the stated purpose of this page. A website can explain a process and help the visitor prepare, but it cannot replace an individual clinical, legal or professional decision where one is required.
Assessment requests
Information should be shared through the appropriate channel and limited to what is necessary. Medical emergencies must always be directed to UAE Ambulance on 998 or the nearest emergency department rather than to a routine website form or message.
Appointment confirmation
A request or message is only treated as received when the system confirms successful delivery. Where online delivery is not configured or fails, the page provides a direct phone, WhatsApp or email alternative and does not issue a false reference number.
Clinical limitations
Arabic and English versions are intended to describe the same operational process. Material changes to coverage, contact details, patient-safety guidance, privacy handling or service boundaries must be updated in both languages and recorded for review.
Intellectual property
No page promises that a home visit is suitable, immediately available or capable of producing a particular result. Confirmation depends on the patient’s needs, location, current information and the availability of an appropriately licensed physiotherapist.
Changes and contact
